Pats work out Cromartie

Just #2318012391 of the 30000000 college players I have never heard of in my life. Who have I heard of? That list doesn't go much further than Reggie Bush, Vince Young, and Matt Leinart.

and would be very pleased to see the pats take him

in my opinion, five yrs from now, cromartie will be the premier shutdown corner in the nfl

With limited needs, a deep draft and extra picks in rounds 3 and 4, I really think we'll be a BPA pick this year. So I could see a Cromartie or an OT or even a Safety if we really like Whitner. We'll have other chances for a solid WR and rotation LB, I see Round 1 this year as a chance to get a damn good player regardless of position. And a big, fast CB like Cromartie could just fit that.

I could live with Cromartie at 21...... I think he's gonna blossom into one the premier corners in a year or 2..... Wouldn't be a bad pick. I really want Huff if he falls to the late teens, trade down and grab him....:rocker:

Cromartie is an amazing athlete. He is an excellent KR and hopefully Belichick would not be afraid to line him up and let him play some WR, because he has the skills for that as well. I met him at a track meet in high school and he went and triple jumped, talking about how it was the first time he had done it and he was just doing it for fun. He won by almost 3 feet (not over me, over the guy who came in 2nd, I got wrecked). I don't think the pick is likely, but if it does happen we got ourselves one heck of a player and nobody should be dissapointed.
