I'm a huge BB/SP fan myself, but when it comes to signing and acquiring players, I think that AJ Smith has a reasonable claim to being on top right now.

If AJs decision to fire Marty last year hadn't been vetoed, I think they would be superbowl champions right now. Either way, they have a very talented team and tons of cap space.
