Pats started the day with about 50M
 
Gilmore 5 years 65M 40M guaranteed (call it 12 the first year)

Harmon 4 years 20M max value so i assume incentives are included (call it 4M the first year) *details to come*

Branch 2 years 12M including incentives (call it 5M the first year) *details to come*

This brings the Pats to about 29M as of now to spend give or take.
 
According to @Miguel and the NFL Free Agent list..



Mike Williams was NOT tendered as had originally been reported Tuesday..
This may or may not open up the Pats to potentially drafting a TE this year.
