Good food, nice folks. Didn't know if people know about others. Might have to go up to LA. I heard Sonny McClain's maybe slipped with new owners.

Whenever I think of Cailfornia, I just put on a Beach Boys record until the feeling passes. Then I thank my lucky stars I live in the boondocks of New England, where people only smile if they are actually happy about something, and where I can take a whizz off the back deck any time I feel like it.

At one time I had a comprehensive list of out-of-town Pats sports bars, but it has been so many years since it was updated it would probably be useless. Sonny McLean's in Santa Monica, Barney's Beanery in Hollywood and The Garage on Motor Ave in Culver City used to be Pats bars in the area, but I have no idea if that is still the case.

Correction: It would seem that the Patriots stopped allowing the Fan Clubs to update their Info.

The Orange County Pats Fan Club uses their Page on Facebook to let people know where they are meeting.

Typically it's the Lone Wolf Brewing in Yorba Linda.

I'd forgotten the bars and fan clubs on the patriots.com website. 477 current listings, some of them no doubt spurious at this point.
I'm sure they suffered during the Cam, declining Bill, Mac, and Jerod era, but with this team they'll be making a comeback.

Yes Virginia, they are or were in Uruguay at least.
