You have to give the Jets and Pennington credit. Thet never gave up and came back in this one. After wtching the Bills beat up the Dolphins and how the Jets played, I say the AFC East is going to be a lot tougher than most people realize. I'm happy to be 2-0 in the division at this point.

I love our running game. Not many long runs today but most running plays went for positive yardage. I think our passing game will continue to struggle for a couple of more games unfortunately, but I think it will gel by the midway point of the season. Nice to see Jackson in there. He shows good promise. Troy Brown is just Mr. Reliable.

My favorite part of the last two wins was that we were able to run the clock down in the fourth quarter when we were holding on to a slim lead. This is the best trio of backs that the Patriots have had since the days of Sam "Bam" Cunningham, Andy Johnson, and Don Calhoun.
