Hiestand goes on to say that he thinks NBC will keep Eagles @ Pats as its Week 12 matchup, so we'll be on primetime three weeks in a row.

I was going to come home for this game. but now it looks like I won't becase of some schedule quirks (of my own). Too bad, could be a great game.

why do u guys not like the afternoon and night games? i know the team likes the 1 pm games just cuz...but i dont usually get to watch those...

I hate them (especially the home night games) because you don't get home until around 2am to 3am with traffic leaving the stadium. Most of us have jobs we need to go to on Monday morning. I could care less about the whole "everyoone in the nation is watching us" part of it. Give me all 1PM games and I'm happy.

Better for the Pats:

1) We're coming off a road MNF game
2) Crowds are more rowdy as the day gets longer
3) More pressure on the Steelers now...game is in the spotlight

Touching on a point another poster mentioned....the Steelers haven't played anybody this year....and they certainly haven't played a tough road game.
