From Rams and was assistant offensive coordinator
when is the last time they hired a coach from outside the organization?
Jedd Fisch sounds like an undercover name for Jeff Fischer.
"Alright Jeff, we'll bring you on... But since you are an embarrassment, we gotta change the name. Just wear sunglasses and a hat at all times."
More than one might guess, Bret Bielema (now with the Giants) being a recent example.
Must be a youth movement.
Has he overlapped with McDaniels either on the Broncos or Rams?
As long as he is not sleeping with them.
This guy is a good hire. Sadly, I am also a U of Miami fan...his offenses there were very solid. Good development of the QBs in his couple of years there.
I am bewildered in a good way regarding the hire. Can’t say I know much about him but trust BB enough to hope he brings some good idea’s to the team.
New WRs coach? Surprised Chad O'Shea wasn't brought back...
O’Shea is with the Browns
Lock up Lombardi #7
Good. And I don’t know anything about the guy. But I do know the patriots coaching staff has been bled pretty heavily the last few years, and while Bill likes a small group, in the draft room as well as on the field, at a certain point lack of coaching— meaning a literal lack of coaching personnel —is a problem.
Feel we need a few more coaches we should also bring in Groh as well
Will his methods improve the overall quickness of our offense?
Yeah, I was saying I was surprised the Pats didn't sign O'Shea before he went to Cleveland
Good, our staff has dwindled so much over the years , I was afraid it would end up being just Bill, Steve and Josh at this rate ! Plus it doesn't hurt to have some new blood and fresh ideas infused into the Offense.
I’d have to think we weren’t interested.
If BB reached out no way he would go to Cleveland over New England unless he just thinks our offense is a bad situation right now.
