An interesting look into the Weis/Belichick personnel use strategy, if you go up to the top and click on select another team and start comparing the Notre Dame team page to other school's pages, you notice that Notre Dame has 3 time the players involved in the game....

That's only b/c it lists players either in the top 100 nationwide, or the top 25 in their conference. Notre Dame is one of only four independents, so their rankings appear "inflated."
