Patriots call an audible on in-flight film on plane to Cincinnati

Whoever selected that movie probably got fired over it.

Yeah probably don't wanna show that on a team flight...I thought it looked good but never saw it because I was swayed by the overwhelming reviews saying it was bad. Maybe once it trickles down to HBO I will see it.

UM...THE STORY 'IS' TRUE

It has been reported on several articles across the internet,Albeit internet articles are not so reliable but this story in fact was TRUE - AND FUNNY

And the movie that was shut off was - THE RECRUIT which in fact starred Moynahan - NOT SERENDIPITY,Although that movie was mentioned near the end of the article

Not that this matters AT ALL, but it's fake because it says Boston Globe above the text and this is NOT from the Boston Globe. And I said Serendipity because they imply that she's in it (and I, Robot). You would think a Boston Globe writer or even Chicago Tribune would at least check what movies she's in.

The real tragedy here is that The Recruit is a decent flick - nothing groundbreaking, but still good IMO.

Guess no one on the Patriots' private jet to Cincinnati noticed that the 2003 flick "The Recruit" stars Al Pacino, Colin Farrell, and a certain actress named Bridget Moynahan before it started to play. But as soon as the opening credits revealed that Tom Brady's ex was in the thriller, the movie was yanked, someone on the plane told us. No word on what movie was finally chosen for the flight, but we bet it wasn't "I, Robot" or "Serendipity."
