Since 2002 the Patriots are near unbeatable vs. the NFC Conference posting a near 86% win tally against those teams from 'the other side'

That includes the postseason 3-1 mark (Giants GFY)

IIAC The Patriots at one time were on a 17 game winning streak against the NFC

While the past means little to some,it bodes well that we should at least win one if not both of the next 2 games against the NFC

Its RARE to see the Patriots in inter-conference clashes back to back and late in the season but I do like it

Will be 37-6 after Cutler lofts a few prayers up to our secondary's delight.

History means nothing on a Sunday in the NFL.

Can you name the 6 losses without looking it up...

1) Giants...2007 SB
2) Saints...2009
3)
4)
5)
6)

I couldn't think of the other 4, so I looked at each season and only found 3 between 2002-2010.......2002 (1), 2003 (1), 2005 (1).
If you include 2001...(1). Maybe I missed one

The only question for this viewer is can they recover enough to play in Soldiers Field on a short week??

I expect they will, but sometimes after such an emotional win there may be a let down... otoh many of these guys are so young, they may not know the difference..

OK, I used your clues and came up with 2 -- only Googled to confirm my memory. Packers in 2002 (then Packers choked for us v Jets in the final week), Redskins in 2003 (their last loss before the 21-game streak, I believe).

We lost at Carolina in 05.

It's since 2001 not 2002. 4 games per year. 01-09 = 36 + 4 Super Bowls + 2 GAMES this year. So, the loss we can't figure out that happened between 2002 and 2010 was in 2001. Home vs Rams.
