I love the way it looks with her boot on top of the Raiders skull. I bet their fans won't appreciate that indignity.
From looking at the flag maybe it would be a good idea to coordinate her outfit to match the Pats colors. A blue jacket and white pants plus blue shoes maybe, though keep the stripes.
I noticed you put the symbols for the different superbowls on the flag which was a nice idea. However it feels like it is unbalanced and needs something on the right side now. Or maybe you can balance it by moving them?

I like the colors of the clothing as it is now, but I can make an alternative version with the colors you suggested.
