If they can't hire a Belichick disciple, would probably be to petition the league to move them to the AFC North and move the Browns to the AFC East.

[Not that it would happen anytime soon, but could you imagine if it did? In a couple of seasons, the AFC East probably would be the AFC Beast (which is fine with me, as long as the other coaches remember that Belichick and the Patriots are the alpha males of the pack ).]
