I think DEI hires is working out as well as Mac Jones being our starting QB (not that he was a "DEI hire"). The list is long though.
Both were given a chance. Both failed miserably. You have to admit to it. I don't think it's an "obsession" by those conservatives when the evidence is pretty clear. It's not the way to success by excluding more qualified individuals to fill some quota.
I am only saying this from experience because I've been a victim DEI practices.
