The best ones are still really young and have 1-2 years left. The QB's declaring this year are garbage for the most part.

You can blame the safety if you want but Lewis should have stayed closer. I don't see how you can not blame him. With 1 single high safety you need to play more back and not pass a guy off and give him so much space behind you.

Why would he think you are playing zone? With one single high you usually don't play much zone. Maybe he thought he was in zone while in man. Either way I think that was on Lewis.

Honestly I was not sure if I should say that right now or not. But yeah. That crossed my mind about 10 secs after it happened. Oh looks like it is not so bad. Maybe he will be okay for the draft.

Looks like in a replay his foot was able to leave the ground fairly early in the hit which was able to lessen the injury a lot.
