NFL player strikes back at daily fantasy sports titan FanDuel

Washington Redskins wide receiver Pierre Garcon filed a class-action lawsuit Friday against daily fantasy sports titan FanDuel, striking another blow to a nascent industry already reeling from the harsh reaction to its swift emergence.

These people have to pay for rights and that will eat up the purses for sure.

Draft Kings has struck a deal with the NFLPA ...
Fan Duel has a deal with the Redskins ... as well as other teams.

reading through the comments apparently in MLB 1.3% players won 91% of the money ... ouch.

Apparently DraftKings has an agreement with the NFLPA. I expect FanDuel to scope how it will play in court and ultimately settle. What I hope to happen is FanDuel and DraftKings get regulated like other sports gambling and Goodell is taken to task for carving out the exemption and promoting this fantasy gambling fustercluck.

I hope the players are successful in getting money from these sites. The NFL makes a stink about football game gambling but they allow and promote it on individual's performance.
