wow...what a surprise...the NFL found of no wrong doing?!??!

The AP and A.C. police didn't cooperate with the investigation. I find that odd.

The AP wouldn't give up their sources. I'm not surprised. They just aren't, certainly short of a court order and probably not even then.

Is there anyone who thought that the report would do anything but exonerate the NFL?

Not sure how you figure it fully exonerates the NFL when they clearly states that the NFL didn't do things properly and that they missed a bunch of signs..

It exonerates them from everything that could have been really damaging and only pointed out things that the NFL already admitted they did wrong. The NFL already admitted that they handled the situation wrong and should have done more to investigate the whole situation including including engaging the Atlantic City Police and getting the video. The Mueller report only reaffirms this.

There is nothing in the Mueller report that the NFL or the Ravens haven't already owned up to already except for maybe more fine details of the overall admission.
