OT : Looking for a game -- 2009 Patriots vs Falcons

I joined the HD party a little late, starting recording and archiving in HD in 2009. So now I'm looking to upgrade to HD any games prior to 2009. I'm pretty sure somebody, somewhere, has Super Bowl 38 and 39 on a DVHS tape or was able to record the HD feed over the air...I'm still searching for that person !!

sorry to resurrect an old thread, but did you ever find the games you were looking for? if not, i'm "that person".

i've been recording full patriot seasons starting with the 2006 season off of the ota hd signal, and then later directly from comcast's qam signal. i use an hd capture card, not dvhs, so it's the original broadcast stream. no additional compression. i even have pre-season games.

also, i do have the entire patriots post-seasons for 2004 and 2005, including superbowls xxxviii and xxxix.

i do have a few holes, for instance comcast's signal during this year's steelers game completely crapped out, so i'm missing most of that game.

perhaps we can do some swapping.

dam, I always wanted to collect pats games didn't know you could do it right online.

Living in OR sucks for NFL fans, SeaHags games 1st priority in this market suffering basic cable syndrome doesn't help either, pats games are limited so watching threw skype with the family in Boston is how I get buy.

I've tried torrent sites before an had limited success, I'd appreciate any old games, noob help requested.

a collection of all TB's game winning drives including SB's and playoffs would be epic. The pete carroll years tragic.

Why don't they sell seasons on DVD? seems like easy money, networks horde everything?

Does anyone know how you can get on? I tried all day to sign up, but it keeps saying that the account limit (which for some reason is F&%*ING ONE!!!) has been reached. Please help.

They limit their members. Once you have downloaded 20GB's of videos, you are done w. that site. Hence why I don't use that site anymore and I use something else.

I'm looking for an HD version of the Dolphins game from week 1 this season. TYT has been full for months. Managed to find one but it was .mkv format and ended up being corrupt. Can any one point me in the right direction to one in a normal format?

Use Format Factory to convert the MKV file to either AVI or WMV. It's a free program.

I can't, the file is corrupt. Every conversion program I've used ends up with a ridiculous file, something along the lines of 2000 hours to convert with a size of 9000+gb.

That is totally erroneous. As long as your share ratio is above .30 you can download as much as you want to.
