OT: KC Injuries To Keep An Eye On

I read that Maclin is walking around with no limp. I don't think his injury is as bad as it looked.

Unfortunately, he most likely will, and won't be affected by the injury all that much.

I understand the diagnosis to be a mild HAS but I'm reserving judgement here until I see him play. There could be some gamesmanship going on here.

Walking around is nothing compared to making cuts, running routes etc.

True, he won't be 100%. But very few (or none, more likely) guys are 100% this time of year. But I don't foresee him being affected as much as some here think and hope.

Remember when Gronk didn't have a limp before Super Bowl XLVI? How'd that work out for us?

Having no limp means zero. He's got a high ankle sprain. Having that as a WR or TE is pretty much a death blow.

Wasn't Gronk in a walking boot? From all reports, Maclin's injury isn't anywhere near as serious.

"My husband cannot f*****ing throw and catch the ball at the same time."

Thats the only thing humorous about that entire game. A Brazilian supermodel going on a tirade and ripping this dork reporter a new one.

You don't get a boot for an ACL which I believe is what he has. Again, the diagnosis on the field on ACLs is correct.

He was talking about 2011 when Pollard fell on Gronk's ankle in the 2011 AFCCG

I still can't believe Mankins played half a season with a torn ACL.

He was diagnosed on the field with an ACL but they later said he had a high ankle sprain. Now he had no limp but isn't practicing? Gamesmanship for sure .

I'd still put Butler on him one on one and focus safety help elsewhere until Maclin proves he's healthy enough to beat Butler one on one. I don't think Maclin is going to be anywhere near 100% on that ankle.

If was referring to Maclins miraculous 3 day recovery from a torn ACL. May be a minor tear but still a tear of some sort. You don't get a boot for that.

It seems like he has an ACL tear and the Chiefs are playing mind games.

He hasn't practiced yet this week, right? I know there's two more days but that can't be a good sign.
