My Vikings fan buddy at work hates Childress more than anybody in the NFL. His rants about him and Tavaris Jackson are quite comical.

You have to sympathize with a guy who each week has to watch and count on Tarvaris Jackson.

I don't get the Tavaris Jackson hate. Every time I see the kid play he looks good and makes some nice throws. Seems like the coaching more than it is his fault.

i have a strong hate for brad childress ever since he tried to play games before the pats game with the injury report trying to match BB's handling of injuries and all and got his ass kicked. he is in minn so maybe nearly doesnt get on the hot seat as much but he has not done jack in 2 yrs.

You have to sympathize with a guy who each week has to watch and count on Tarvaris Jackson.

He's the one who pegged Jackson as his guy and they traded up to draft him. So no, you can't sympathize with him because it was his doing.

Don't forget Childress was the one who put in a waiver claim on that TE that BB was high on(his name escapes me now....Garrett....something.Childress was the first coach to break this unwritten agreement among H Coaches,not to poach a player on another team's roster.

BB was pissed and Childress as much as told Belichick to go F himself.

i think BB called him to tell him not to take mills and in turn he wont pick a vikings player . childress refused but also went on radio and called BB dishonest or something like that. later he said he talked too much or some crap like that
