Is Deion Sanders the BEST Defensive Back in NFL History?

Mike Haynes was the better corner in every respect except one.

When Deion did interecept a ball, there was never a better DB at returning it. He was a returner at heart, and every INT he was thinking "Take it to the house". He was the best at that. He also had Darrell Green type speed. But his coverage skills weren't equal to Haynes, who was 6'2" and blanketed small and big WR's.
