Kontra, Now go troll :D

So let me see if i understand this. There were two teams in the playoffs this year that are stacked with talent, and yet still lost. These same teams have had the same coaches for the last few years, and cant manage to make it to the conf championship game. Many fans around the league think very little of these coaches.
So, both owners decide to keep those coaches.
Seems logical to me

Can anyone name the other team im talking about? ;)

I may be a little annoyed with BB this year, but i wouldnt want anybody else

At least Turner got them to the AFCCG in 07 and to the playoffs 3 years in a row. Phillips has no excuse. IMO that Dallas roster is stacked and has underperformed.
