So why wouldn't the Patriots take him back?
He knows our offensive system and plays..
He was one of the most popular players on the team.
He has never been a locker room problem in New England.
He would come cheap.
He caught 50 touchdowns in 3 years here.....FIFTY!!
If he left on bad terms, why was Belichick and Kraft and just about every player on the Patriots hugging him like a long lost brother??
Oh hell yeah...if the Patriots could get him back...they would in a second.
