On a Neutral Field,Do the Patriots chances to beat Baltimore go down or stay same

Suppose this game was being played on a neutral field with a neutral fan base.

Would you feel the same confidence about the Pats winning? or would your confidence dwindle a bit?

I think Home Field edge is a huge difference here but wondered how many in here felt it was not as big a difference as I do had this been played elsewhere other than Baltimore or New England.
