I agree, however every time someone got beat on a deep throw they would just tackle him before hand to avoid the catch. Not sure how that would work

They would get 15 yards each time and be down the field in 4 PI calls. Deep balls are only a 50 50 shot anyway. Making it definite with a slight touch is BS
