28 to 1.

Actually I'm leaning towards 75%+.

Albert Breer: League sources say Jason Taylor is interested in joining New England—one went so far as to say Taylor "badly" wanted to be a Patriot. Miami remains an option for him, but Taylor likely would play a larger role in New England because the Dolphins probably wouldn't move Joey Porter back to the strong side to create a spot.

Hope that there's some truth to this. JT would help this defense take it to another level. As the famous line in Jerry McGuire goes - Pats D to JT: "You complete me."

I'm sick of hearing about taylor.

let's get our focus back on peppers.

Seriously, if we can't get pep let the youngsters rock out.

he would have to sign tender , then a deal would have to be worked out contingent on the trade to NE.
'09 cap hit would fit, especially if they utilized completion bonuses.
anyway, that's my halfass opinion -- not fact.

it's open to dispute.

I'd say the odds are 641:573. Approximately.

Which way?

There's a +/- tolerance of 15.5.

To actually answer, though, I think it's about a 50-50 proposition at this time. JT's heart still seems to be in Miami.

My personal theory (based on a variety of imaginary sources and voices in my haed) is that Taylor doesn't want to work out and the Patriots don't want to be seen to tolerate that so they have arranged to sign him as late as possible.
