CA3's en banc review of the appeals court decision upholding PASPA has come down and they upheld it. In other words, New Jersey will not be allowed to implement sports gambling and PASPA has been ruled Constitutional (although I cannot for the life of me understand that reasoning).
So while there will be an appeal to the USSC, we all know how much of a longshot that is. Anyone who wants legalized gambling really has no choice but to write their congressman.
How DFS gets away with what they do while placing a sawbuck on Pats+5 remains a complete mystery.
