They could easily lose out with games against the Bengals, Bucs and Browns... all decent teams.

#2 pick overall. It'd be the highest pick we've had since Bledsoe. It eems so unfair. The Pats could be elite for another decade, if things keep up like this.
 
I'm worried that they pull off an upset in one of those games. There's three other teams with 3-10 records at the moment (assuming the Falcons lose tommorrow) and they all have schedules that are as difficult, if not more than, what SF has to play.

Atlanta - @ Tampa, @ Arizona, Seattle
New York Jets - @ NE, @ Tennessee, Kansas City
St. Louis - @ Green Bay, Pittsburgh, @ Arizona

So these three teams could all easily lose out. There's no room for error if we want the #2.
