NFL History number of picks

Question for you NFL historians.

This year the Jets only picked three players in the draft.

Has anybody had that few picks in the past? Anybody have less? If not what was the least number of players ever selected by a team before?

I believe New Orleans only picked 1 player in '99; Ricky Williams. I think they traded the rest of their picks away in order to move up to get him.
