Either way preseason just became that much more interesting.

Personally at this point I'd rather have a developmental player as the QB 2 than an aging veteran although I do appreciate Hoyer's value to the team.

Looking at those trades, we did a lot of business with Seattle and LA Rams. Looks like we have a good relationship with their front offices despite beating them in the Superbowl.

Philly and the Pats trade a lot too.

It's like nobody wanted the 162 (5th) pick: NE got it from CHI, then traded it to LAR, then got it back from LAR, and traded it to MIN. MIN picked Cameron Smith LB with it.

The NE 5th round pick traded to CLE for I think Gordon, CLE picks place kicker Austin Seibert.
