I am not a Burfict apologist. The video evidence doesn't prove the allegations in this case, IMO. It's better than the evidence in deflategate but looks inconclusive to me. Burfict's history is skewing your reaction to the evidence, just like the Patriots' reputation skewed others fanbases' views of the deflategate evidence.

I do respect his opinion. Maybe he has other views of the video. From my view, it is not clear he is attempting to injure. If it wasn't burfict, he would get the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he doesn't deserve it.
