On Thursday, New England Patriots cornerback Stephon Gilmore joined a group of other NFL millionaires in a special video addressing racial inequality as protests against police brutality towards African Americans continue across the United States.​

Maybe it's time to institute quotas which assure employees of the NFL better reflect the racial makeup of this country?
