There are a lot of worthy candidates: Evans, Green, Gaffney, Gostkowski, Kyle Brady, STers like Washington and Andrews. I nominate Kevin Faulk. He's been moving the chains in clutch situations for many years.

Faulk.

I watched most of the Giants game again on DVR. There was one play where Faulk was the lone back in the backfield to Brady's left. CB Aaron Ross blitzed from the defensive backfield through a gap on the right side of the line in a bee line for Brady. Faulk instinctively move down the line of scrimage to plug the gap, chipped Ross before he could get to Brady and Brady hit Welker for a 15 yard gain in the zone that Ross had vacated.
