The Saints have done nothing so far to earn our derision (other than it's fun), and lots to earn our respect. So I vote for:

This team's basically gone out, taken care of business and won 10 games. They have a great QB and an HC who doesn't break down in tears or complain that his opponents are getting chippy calls.

They're not the Dolts or Jests or Fins or Chargers or any other team with which we have a history of bad feelings or from which we hear nothing but trash talk leading up to the game, like we got from the Cravens.

They've done nothing to disrespect the Pats and seem to be a reasonably classy outfit, so I'm fine, for now at least, with giving them respect and calling them "The 10-0 New Orleans Saints, current Number One Seed in the NFC."

I initially kind of did like "Their Run is Done at 10--1," but then recalled that we have yet to win a game on the road this year and none of the teams we've beaten has a record above .500 this morning.

So, I think this is a week when we have no choice but to let our play do our talking.
