League through 3 games:

1. Brady
2. K Murray
3. Stafford
4. Carr
5. Jackson

Bubble: Rodgers, Mahomes

Even with a loss Brady 75% completion, 432 yards and 100+ passer rating? Yeah he's still the favorite in my book.

Pats MVP through 3 games: Nick Folk

Edit: I'm going to update this post as the season goes on.

Kyler Murray has made some absolutely ridiculous plays this year. If he can stay healthy I think he has a solid chance even playing in the NFC West.

The only people with a realistic chance are Brady, Murray Mahomes and Rodgers. Maybe Lamar if he really lights it up the rest of the way, the win over KC could help his case. Carr will not get it even if he puts up the best numbers. One of the bigger names won't be far behind and they will get the nod. Jackson doesn't really have a realistic shot either. He won it by surprising the league and hasn't been as good since. Murray could potentially win it. A nice dark horse pick. Rodgers certainly hurt his chances with that awful first game. He can still come back and win it, but it will be an uphill fight and he can't have many more let downs.

In reality it will almost certainly go to Mahomes or Brady. And I think Brady takes it. He's on a mission this year, as is the rest of the Bucs offense (including the coaching staff). The calls being made and the way they are playing is clearly being done to put up points with the ball being fed to Brady and his passing options. Brady is going to do with Peyton did in 2004 and 2013 and stat pad like hell until he gets those records. They also are probably looking to get Gronk a record or two as well.

Murray has been dynamic and crazy plays but he threw two stupid picks. Too early to tell but I mostly agree with your list
