I think it's been amply demonstrated why the media is never to be trusted this week. Palling around with them is a waste of time and he knows it.

BB doesn't care enough about being liked to bother being liked. If one is that way, one can convince oneself one doesn't care at all about being liked. But while the former is real, the latter is self-delusion.
