He was a beast against the Browns. for a guy his size, he has elite speed.

I know with the Browns he was a disappointment and football IQ was an issue. But he was with the Browns, i wonder if he can contribute on defense this season.

It's funny because BB raved about his football IQ. I never heard anything about that during his time in CLE either. BB said he's one of the rare players that only needs to be told something one time for him to get it.

Well if Mingo CAN become more than just a good special teams player, he's in the right place. There seems like there is a log jam at DE/LB right now so snaps on the regular D are going to be a premium to begin with. However, that being said, I think his superior athletic skill might be an advantage vs certain match ups. Hopefully we will get to see him utilized in this way as the season goes on. Remember he's only been in the program for 6 weeks now, everyone else has been in for 6 months or more.
