Hmm good call re Folk. Didn't think of him. He's up there.

Onwenu is a very good choice also. I hesitated between the two.

QB - D+
OL - B+
RB - A-
WR - D- (would be an F but Meyers looks like he's on his way to being a serviceable NFL WR)
TE - There is no grade low enough.
DL - C-
LB - D
Secondary - B+ (with Gilmore it's more like A-)
K - A-
P - A
Kick Returner - C- (Someone please tell Gunnar that he can take a knee when the ball is kicked into the endzone and the refs will put the ball on the 25 yard line for you)

Coaching - C-
Drafting - D

I get that Folk won us the most recent game, but I'm still firmly in the camp that he needs to be replaced ASAP. We very clearly avoid letting him attempt 50+ yarders, which at this point in NFL history is borderline routine for kickers to make. The Jets game winner is his only make from that distance all season. That's replacement level kicker stuff.

Thus, Onwenu is the clear MVP so far. If Harris had been able to play more games it would be him.

I'd also argue that no player on the Patriots right now has made more impactful positive contributions to the season than Newton. For all his turnovers, our offense pretty much only ever sees the end zone when it's Newton running into it. The problem with him is he's also made more impactful negative contributions than anyone else.

I'm pretty good with all this except I'd give the run D a D. They've been horrid. That SF game still leaves a bad taste.

My MVP would probably be Thuney, though I love your pick as well.

Shoutout to Da Burkmeister though! He’s played/ran hard when his number has been called. I just wish they would flex him out more. He does have that ability, Josh....

I just don’t think your kicker can be your most VALUABLE player unless he’s insanely good, which folk isn’t. There’s no way he’s more valuable to our team than Thuney, Wynn, Onwenu, JC, Guy, even probably Gilmore in limited games.

Our TEs are the Daniel Simpson Day to the Patriots' Faber...

I was leaning towards Spicoli ... Shows up to class, but might as well not be there. Liked by many, but nobody knows why.

I guess that makes BB Mr. Hand?
