why not just rank the players from 1 thru whatever. cross the players off as they go. if there's a guy you feel like its worth trading up for then do it if the price is right. if theres nobody youre in love with trade down. i dont think anyone should ever be considered out of reach. tiers are unnecessary, especially if you plan on taking the best player still on the board. obviously at 23, there are some guys you probably have no shot at, but guys slip and circumstances change.

Excellent effort and I agree with almost everybody on this list. I can't see us trading up higher than #12 given the cost of the contract.

I could see us moving as high as 9 or 10 if we really wanted someone, given that Buffalo and Denver draft at 11 and 12. I don't see Mayo's contract as burdonsome.
