Apparently, only bad stuff happens there. Go to TGIF's instead.

I think a better rule of thumb for these guys is: Don't hit people in public unless it's on a football field. (Honestly, what's so great about hanging out in nightclubs and strip joints anyway? If I was a pro athlete I'd have my babe or babes and enjoy my free time in private, like Brady does.)

But maybe this is just the negative bias of the media showing through! We never hear about all the GOOD things that happen to so many football players at strip clubs at 2:00am. The friendships made; the worthy causes supported; the prayer circles formed; the sick children whose days were brightened because one NFL star took the time to stop by a strip club after curfew, with a gun.

Make sure Brady gets this. I saw him in Treasures in Boston in 2003.

Excellent point! I've heard that Fellowship of Christian Athletes members always make a point of joining hands at mid-stage when a strip bar closes for the night.

Uh, why don't you try giving any group of guys in their 20s a couple million dollars each, and then try to keep them out of strip clubs and night clubs.

After you do that, we're going to send you over to Iraq to convince the Shiites and Sunni to all get along.

Piece of cake. We'll just build some strip clubs.

Sometimes, drunk people just go to far......(of course, to avoid this, you should try to avoid strip clubs at 2:00am)

I have some Large friends, and at one time hung out with a few guys who played in the NFL. What always amazed me, was the drunk lunatic that would come up to my friends and try to actually pick a fight! I'm mean I know your drunk, but can't you see that this guy is 6'4" and weighs 300lbs and has arms the size of your legs?

I remember years ago in the Charlie Horse watching a Patriot D lineman, I forget who it was, but some 140lb drunk white guy just walks up to his table and tells him that he "sucks" right there in front of his wife! I'm thinking to myself, "Are you nuts?" you just told a 6'5" 320lbs man that he sucks in front of his wife! Amazingly the Pat quietly asked the guy to leave him alone, and that he was just trying to have some dinner with his family, to which the guy answered with a F*%& Y*&, which bought him the single punch that dropped him. WHen the Police arrived, the entire bar sided with the Pat's guy.

I would also like to add to stay away from any potential links to dog fighting on your or other property.

This is the the other half of most of these stories.

Edit: Arms the size of their legs?? Ankles the size of biceps...

There's nothing wrong with going to strip clubs. I've been to plenty of them and never had a problem. Like just about anything, it's what you do, not where you go.

Uh, Ok!...

I don't quite understand it myself. It's like being starved and paying to look at the world's best buffet but not being allowed to eat anything.

Doesn't matter who sided with whom. The guy who was punched has a right to press charges and sue in a civil court and will win.

You can't use "he called me names" as an excuse to assault someone.

The thing of it is these guys can spend the cash and get private rooms in any club or bar and not have to deal with any aholes. If you have to go to these places then perhaps forking over the extra cash would be worth not risking suspension by the league or worse yet, going to jail.
