IDK let me think.... 20 is a lot.
#1 Deion Sanders
#2 Charles Woodson - longevity gives him the #2 spot over other worthy guys
#3 Rod Woodson
#4 Mike Haynes
#5 **** Lane
#6 Mel Blount
#7 Darrell Revis - Remember how good he was in his prime? Some don't.
#8 Ty Law
#9 Darrel Green
#10 Willie Brown
#11 Lester Hayes
#12 **** Labeau
#13 Champ Bailey
I feel like these top 13 or so are in a slightly different tier than the rest. I am no expert on CBs but it is the feeling i get. These are more like the shutdown kind of guys. If people want to juggle the order a bit that is fine but is is hard for all these guys not to make at least top 15.
Then maybe... idk I don't really know enough to do a top 20 but i like my top 13... if you want more names maybe these? But I would not dare to try to order them.
Lem Barney
Patrick Peterson
Richard Sherman
Ronnie Lott (if he counts... was more half and half)
Jimmy Johnson
Ronde Barber
Aeneas Williams
Mel Renfro
Emlen Tunnell
Ken Riley
Some guys i didn't see much and some i did. But I will just do my 13 I am confident in and leave it at that. Shame i didn't see the last 3 particularly as they probably have a strong case to get ahead of some the the guys i listed but i didn't so i can't do it. Other older guys i listed I have taken the trouble to see a fair amount of highlights on so i think listing them is okay. I would need to watch more to list other.
