In 2001 the Patriots tied a then franchise record of 11 wins. The Patriots had never won a super bowl. Fans were excited for things to come.
Fast forward to 2007: An 11 win season would have been "underperforming" this year. We all expect a superbowl.
Its kinda like when I get some meal at a restaurant and don't really like it that much, then I remember there are people all over the world starving and its really not so bad.
Man is this a great time to be a Pats fan.
