Everyone (including Belichick) understands that we need 2 interior lineman, (and probably a developmental OT).
Some of us understand that Brady will be helped if we re-sign Blount.

DEFENSIVE END
Jones and Ninkovich played over 90% of the defensive reps. Our FINE backups in 2013 were
Buchanan, Bequette and Andre Carter. By your logic, we just re-sign Andre Carter and not worry about upgrades. After all, every DE beyond 2 is duplicative and not worth worrying about. Obviously, I strongly disagree. I do agree that we should make sure we improve the OL.
