Both were asked about this. Parcells thought it was a heavy penalty but repeated that if u are worried about defensive signals being caught then its ur responsibility to change/hide them.
Keyshawn said its too much and said Mangini snitched and if patriots cheated then he cheated when he was with his staff, romeo cheated,weis cheated and even coach parcells here cheated . was quite funny ..he put parcells on the spot

He also said that when you have a great QB, he doesn't need the coach to signal the defensive plays in, cuz by the time they do, he has already recognized it and responded accordingly. In other words, you're telling him stuff he already knows.
