It smart of them to work together to advance the position as a whole. I've never understood why Elite WR's make so much more than Elite TE's. Them working together only helps the position grow overall, and along with it their average salraies.

This is a good idea. 2 starting TEs on the same team could be great. I hope Henry and Smith realize they aren't in competition the same way 2 starting receivers aren't necessarily in direct competition either. Both TEs should play the majority of offensive snaps every week, we should be in 12 personnel in almost everything except 3rd and very long situations.
