Jets sign LB Jermaine Cunningham - espnNew York

To fill a roster spot, the New York Jets signed free-agent linebacker Jermaine Cunningham, originally a second-round draft choice of the New England Patriots.

Cunningham, 25, most recently spent time with the San Francisco 49ers. He was released Oct. 29 after a month with the team. He didn't make the Patriots' roster coming out of the preseason.

Cunningham, a Bronx native who was drafted in 2010, has appeared in 36 games. He has 59 tackles and 3.5 sacks. The Jets had a roster opening after placing tight end Konrad Reuland on injured reserve.​

I'm convinced that Wrecks would import Foxboro's raw sewage if he could figure out a cheap enough means of getting it to flow down there. He's obsessed with everything Patriots. I'll bet he secretly wears a set of Pats footy pajamas. Of course, Mrs. Wrecks's pair has the footies cut off for quick and easy access.
