Ramsey is an interesting cat. Really nice size for a CB with some cover skills. He ran well at the Combine so the tear must have happened in rookie camp.

Not that I would ever think something this evil, but it would be ironic if every NFL team with a first round pick ended up placing those players on IR for the season, thus transforming the Pats' lack of a first round pick to a giant cap savings advantage for 2016.
