Is that a podcast I hear when I visit?

I head something playing in the background when I visit the site. It's a little annoying honestly. I have a small PC so not sure if everyone has the same effect, but it's very low volume I barely notice...then after a while it gets annoying, especially if I leav the site open but visit other sites on other tabs.

What is it, a podcast? commercials? I can never hear it that well.
