We were talking about Buffalo's difficulties a while back. Well, this out of Indy shows that it's not going to be easy for ANY franchise to move to a new city, especially since the NFL would rather contract first and issue a new franchise to Los Angeles.

What a mess.

I understand the frustration of the taxpayers there. When the Packers were lobbying to get Lambeau redone, there was talk of making the whole state help pay for it. I wrote my legislators and said, "No way in [expletive] am I paying for a stadium I can't even buy a ticket to." They don't quite have that problem in Indy, but people who may not care about the Colts are already having to pay for their new place, and now they need more dough.
