How many of this year's 53-man roster was on last year's starting 53-man roster.

I know there should have been more, but we have had a lot of turnover.

If you’re talking about the opening roster from last year, I counted 25, so just under half. If you include players that were on reserve lists at the start of the season on either year, then 32.

According to OTC, the average roster retention across the league is 56%. If including the reserve list players, Pats this year are at 60%, so pretty close to average.
