According to Jeff Howe (I believe it's his entry), 13 Scouts are on hand tonight at Gillette:

There are 13 NFL teams and two CFL teams that have scouts here in the press box. The NFL teams include the Cardinals, Ravens, Panthers, Browns, Lions, Packers, Chiefs, Dolphins, Jets, Raiders, Steelers, Buccaneers and Redskins.

He points out that if every team cuts from 90-53 in the next couple of weeks, that's nearly 1200 players who will become available.
